From the invitation
to the door

A private guest list platform for hosts who care how the invitation feels and how the door runs. Build the invite, decide who gets in and how many they bring, then check everyone in from a phone.

  • Cinematic invitations

Ten animated backdrops, cover image, schedule, map pin and soundtrack on one link.

  • Approval and +1 control

Hold every RSVP for review and decide how many people each guest may bring.

  • QR passes at the door

Approved guests get a QR pass and a short code. Scan from a phone, offline if needed.

Your guest list is an asset

PRIMA Guest List costs you nothing to run. Every guest who joins one of your lists becomes a PRIMA member. You stay their originator for life, and you earn a revenue share on their bookings for up to three years. The room you filled once keeps earning every time those people travel.

Free to run
  1. 01

    You host

Free to run. No fee per event, no fee per guest, nothing to pay at the door.

  2. 02

    Your guests become PRIMA members

Real time access to hotels, villas, restaurants and experiences in every market PRIMA operates in.

  3. 03

    You earn when they travel

A share of the profit on their bookings for the life of the member, with the larger recommender share on bookings through your own PRIMA interface.

The pass that outlives the party

The QR pass gets a guest through your door. It also makes them a PRIMA member. The people at a high-end event are the same people booking restaurants, clubs, hotels and villas the rest of the year. You stay their originator for life, and you earn a revenue share on everything they book through PRIMA for up to three years.

Know who shows up, not just who says yes

Every RSVP takes a place. When a guest says yes and does not arrive, someone who would have come was turned away. PRIMA Guest List tracks RSVP against arrival for every guest, across every event you run. Guests who reliably arrive get the place. Guests who reliably do not can be handled another way: a standing hold, a late list, or a personal invite that never blocks a seat.

Example: a 50 place list

The list

50

places, all of them claimed. Another 50 people were told the list was full.

On the night

38

arrived

12

no shows

Twelve places wasted, and twelve people turned away for nothing.

Your next event

  • Reliable guest

    Arrives 9 of 10

    Keeps the place, approved instantly

  • Rarely arrives

    Arrives 4 of 10

Standing hold instead of a seat

Reputation carries from one event to the next, so the room fills with people who actually walk through the door.

Filter, approve, and see the room fill

Pending guests sit at the top. Approve or decline in one tap, set each guest's +1 allowance, and watch capacity, waiting list and check-ins move together. The panel below is the real console running on sample data, so try it.

Everything from the invite to the door

Cinematic invitations

Ten animated backdrops plus a clean Basic style. Cover image, tagline, schedule, map pin and soundtrack, all on one shareable link.

One link or a hundred

Publish a single public registration link, or issue individual invite links per guest. Every link carries its own rules and expiry.

Approval and review

Auto-approve or hold every RSVP for review. Approve or decline from one list, with pending guests surfaced first.

+1 control

Decide how many people each guest may bring: solo, plus one, a fixed allowance or unlimited. Transferable invites are optional.

QR passes and door codes

Approved guests get a QR pass plus a short fallback code. The door scans on a phone, works offline and logs every scan.

Capacity and waiting list

Set a hard cap per list. Overflow drops onto a waiting list and is promoted automatically as places open up.

Ambassadors

Give trusted hosts their own invite allocation and see exactly who each of them brought.

Post-event reporting

Invites sent, registrations, check-ins and no-shows, with CSV export and guest reputation carried to your next event.

Four steps, one evening

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Run the door

Scan QR passes or type door codes, watch arrivals live, then close out with a no-show report.
