UPDATE: Due to road restrictions, we suggest arriving between 15:00-17:00. Please bring a bathing suit, the pool and refreshments will be available until food is served. For anyone attending other parties after ours, there will be a place for you to change after our event.
This is a family event. Children are welcome and will be on site until sunset. After sunset, we ask that guests be adults only. A separate smoking area is provided for all guests.
This is the first total solar eclipse over Spain since 1905, and the first anywhere in mainland Europe since 1999.
The sun sits just above the sea, twenty minutes before sunset, so the corona appears at the waterline inside the colour of the sunset rather than in a black sky overhead. Astronomers call it a horizon totality. Most people never see one.

There will be 3 separate areas with DJ equipment. We will keep things reasonable so as not to disturb the neighbors.
